The best customer experience
Prevention is better than cure, as the saying goes. This also applies to dissatisfied customers: if we notice even the slightest displeasure, we must tackle the issue and prevent it from becoming a complaint. Two years ago, we started a pilot project in Belgium to find out how customers experience their cooperation with SD Worx.

Together towards the future SD Worx Personaltagung 2017
On 12 and 13 December 2017, SD Worx Germany organised the 2017 SD Worx Personaltagung at the Congress Centrum Würzburg. The goal of this yearly event: to inspire customers with fresh ideas and insights on HR, business and leadership of tomorrow.
Jean-Luc Barbier, VP SD Worx Global Solutions, opened the event and highlighted what our customers can expect in the coming years: “Digitalisation and customer centricity are two of the major topics we’ll be focussing on. It’s our goal to make your lives and daily work easier and safer!”
The perfect mix of practical info and inspiring stories
Customers received information about current and legal developments in HR and were presented with various product innovations.
For the very first time, there was another line of presentations aimed specifically at managers. These presentations focussed on topics such as digitalisation and talent development. We didn’t only look ahead to the future, but we also provided recommendations to help customers deal with these challenges today.
Yet another success
No fewer than 460 HR professionals accepted our invitation and attended this year’s conference. We’re already looking forward to the 2018 edition on 11 and 12 December 2018.
At the customer’s side from start to finish
In our 72-year history, we have helped countless employers launch their businesses. During the growth stages of their organisations, we also offer them a wide range of HR services in addition to payroll administration. The service we provide when the end is inevitable is, however, hardly ever mentioned. But when this happens, we can also play a role in making that process as smooth and efficient as possible.

Providing what the customer is looking for
In 2016, we launched our ‘If only I had known’ campaign on several Belgian radio stations and in other national media. For several recognisable HR situations, we provided concrete advice in the form of blogposts, infographics, testimonials, e-books, tests and videos available on our campaign platform. Instead of communicating our product and service offering, we linked our expertise to current HR issues and provided the information our customers are looking for. This content-driven brand and lead campaign was a big success, leading to a boost in sales. In 2017, it won us the bronze Effie Award, which recognises effective marketing campaigns.
The voice of the customer
We regularly evaluate how customers experience working with SD Worx on different levels. The feedback given during everyday collaboration and in customer satisfaction and other surveys is highly appreciated and used to streamline the way we work together.
Setting the bar high
For highly satisfied customers, the best employees are vital. In spring of 2017 we asked our employees why they like working at SD Worx. We shared this story to attract new colleagues.
77% … is our global engagement score. From information gathered during everyday life and evaluation meetings, we know we have a highly engaged workforce, but it is nice to see it confirmed by our engagement surveys.

SD Worx recently completed a challenging implementation process at insurance company Scildon (formerly Legal & General) in Hilversum. Scildon was looking for a software solution for a specific compensation group, namely benefit recipients. Wim van Huizen, Manager Finance & Control, talks about the challenge they faced.
