HR Excellence Award 2017 for Best Employee Benefits, Compensation and Rewards Company
The annual HR Excellence Awards celebrate HR companies that provide innovative services and offer clear added value to their customers in the private and public sectors. We were also nominated for Best HR Strategy and Transformation Company and Best HR Administration and Support Services Company.
SD Worx won with the implementation of our Flex Income PlanTM (FIPTM) – a flexible remuneration system that allows employees to compose part of their wage packages themselves – at THEO Technologies.
When one of the SD Worx experts introduced us to FIP TM, we knew immediately that it would allow us to make a huge difference, and it did. Our employees were soon convinced of the advantages.
