Together we win

In 2024, we continued to build on our firm foundation, leading again to solid organic growth, a stronger European footprint, better customer experience and understanding, and excellent double-digit financial growth figures. The consolidated revenues increased by 11.6% to 1,180 billion euro; the consolidated adjusted EBITDA grew by 28.2% to 232.7 million euro.

It's no easy feat to achieve this in the face of headwinds caused by economic challenges, geopolitical instability and a labour market under pressure. But thanks to our 10,000 engaged colleagues and 95,000 loyal customers, we could show our true strength, which makes us both proud and grateful. Congratulations and thank you all.

Our first full year of working together with an external shareholder, CVC, has proven to be fruitful. Having a partner on board with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions and access into an exceptional network greatly boosted our confidence. Backed by CVC and our majority shareholder WorxInvest, we even took on our biggest acquisition so far and welcomed the leading Italian HR and payroll solutions provider F2A to the SD Worx family.

This acquisition allowed us to welcome more than 1,200 colleagues and over 6,000 customers in Italy and Albania to our organisation. And that is on top of all other newcomers last year: Romanian Software, Sheepblue, TribePerk and TMF Jobs.

For work and life

Another milestone in 2024: we invested more than ever in our people, customer experience and innovative solutions – especially in advanced AI-driven HR solutions and workforce management tools, tailored to and compliant with local needs and legislation. This enables our customers to save and control costs, plan better and maintain business agility, all while enhancing employee well-being through personalised offerings. We also accelerated our digitalisation journey, giving customers stronger data insights for calculated decision-making and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) readiness.

It is no secret that putting our customers first is a key part of our success formula for growth – and that will never change. We go all out to support them with all their HR and payroll challenges. After all, the labour market keeps evolving, while demographic trends point to a structural talent shortage in the coming decades, AI is reshaping jobs, and compliance is getting stricter – to name but a few.

And for society

As our impact grows, so does our social responsibility. Today, we serve 6 million employees across Europe. Indirectly, the well-being of nearly 20 million people depends on the services we provide. Over 95,000 customers count on us – companies of all sizes, big and small. It's not just a privilege to be at their service; it's also what motivates us to keep innovating, investing, improving and setting the bar high.
