The Future of Worx
We invited twenty customers to join us for a day of talks in the Embassy of Belgium in London during The Future of Worx in February. Together we brainstormed about the evolving needs in customer care, looked into the latest developments in payroll user interfaces and HR, and sparked conversations about opportunities in payroll.
UNLEASH World
In October we headed to Paris for UNLEASH World, the leading global HR event highlighting breakthrough technologies and innovators of the industry. As a key HR player and proud sponsor of the AI stage at UNLEASH, we hosted the round table ‘AI needs an extreme makeover' and many other live demos and sessions. Our key takeaway? Balancing technological advancement with the essence of human connection in the workplace.
HR Leaders Lab
Shaping the future of work, that is what the HR Leaders Lab was all about. So what better topic to discuss than AI? In Paris, a selected group of European change-makers discussed how AI is transforming our industry. From tackling talent shortages to driving employee engagement and boosting workforce adaptability, our roundtable explored on how AI can empower HR leaders to make smarter, more human-centred decisions.

Tour de France Femmes
With the Tour de France Femmes, Rotterdam briefly became the cycling hub of the world. On 13 August, we invited 300 customers to cheer for our Team SD Worx-Protime cyclists. Also on the menu of the day: some typical French activities - jeu de boules, anyone? - and delicacies, interesting talks between famous cycling professionals such as Chantal van den Broek-Blaak and a lot of networking.
Zukunft Personal Europe
In Germany, SD Worx participated in the Zukunft Personal Europe, a leading HR trade fair, attracting industry experts, innovators, and decision-makers to explore the world of work. Our main goal: launching the HCM suite SD Worx Buddy for SMEs, including innovative technology allowing continuous payrolling. With more than 600 visitors coming to our booth, a well-attended information session and actual leads to follow-up, we can only talk about a proper success.

HR Vision
Last November, our HR Vision was well-received by 30 participants. We offered an interesting programme including our Payroll Navigator insights from own research amongst 5,000+ employers and 18,000 employees across Europe, exploring the potential of AI in payroll and the digitalisation of HR.
Customer conference Norway
With 227 attendees, our customers event in Norway felt lively, inspiring and educational. An excellent satisfaction score of 4,9/6 confirmed its relevance.
Customer event Sweden
From inspirational talks about customer journeys to seminars in HR and payroll solutions, our Swedish customer event was a hit. We were happy to welcome 140 attendants, representing 45 different customers.
Strategy Days
In October, 200+ senior leaders from SD Worx gathered in Rotterdam for the annual Strategy Days - a dynamic internal forum to connect, share insights and sharpen SD Worx's strategic focus. Our People team took the stage to explore company culture and the importance of feedback. Rudy Moenaert, author of The Customer Leader, inspired the audience with fresh perspectives on customer experience. Adding a real-world angle, four valued customers joined us for an engaging panel discussion. They shared their views on team leadership, their collaboration with SD Worx, and the evolving role of technology and AI in HR and payroll.
