In 2022, we welcomed Integrho (Spain), Intelligo (Ireland) and HRPRO (Croatia) into our already extended family. After an intensive integration process in 2023, these newcomers moved into the ‘business as usual’ phase as full SD Worx companies. Looking back on this period, how did the new colleagues experience the year-long integration? Let’s hear it from them.

Headquartered in Barcelona and founded in 1994, Integrho was a privately owned payroll software supplier for the local Spanish market. Back in 2022, a team of 25 motivated people served around 150 customers and processed payslips for over 150,000 employees. Now fully integrated with SD Worx, these customers can all benefit from the company’s expanded offering and footprint.
I’m so happy to have joined such an open-minded company, which continuously strives to help clients to drive their high-performance businesses. SD Worx also offers opportunities to improve and develop myself.

It truly is all for one and one for all
Established in 1996, Intelligo was an Ireland-based supplier of HR & payroll software and outsourcing services. Its award-winning portfolio – MegaPay, MegaHR and MegaPay Outsourced – provides innovative solutions across all industry sectors. With 67 employees at the time of acquisition, Intelligo was processing almost 40,000 payslips each month.
I’ve enjoyed learning new ways of working and getting to know SD Worx. We’ve been a great team throughout the integration and built up a great working relationship, believing and trusting in each other.

It’s a new world and a good one
With the 2022 acquisition of HRPRO, an HR tech company located in Zagreb, SD Worx entered South-eastern Europe, a market with many growth opportunities. The family-owned company then employed over 60 people and had more than 130 customers, mainly large regional and international companies active in both the public and private sectors.
Our current offering is so much more diverse. We had only dealt with HRnet products, but now we also offer managed payroll services. There’s plenty more to come.
